Can I track my shipment?
Yes. All T-Shirt Society packages are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive an email shipping confirmation when the package is shipped. You can track your package by visiting usps.com and entering your tracking number.
I misordered, and need to correct it.
Please contact us as soon as you realize you would like to change your order. We ship very quickly, so while there is a chance we can change it if you act quickly, the order may already be shipping.
I haven't received my order yet!
We apologize for the delay! If it's been more than 2 weeks since you placed your domestic order, or 3 weeks since you placed your International order, contact Customer Service. Please consult your tracking data before contacting us.
My international order was charged a customs fee when it was delivered.
International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties. This is a necessary cost of ordering outside of the US. Unfortunately, We are not able to ship your package as a gift.
If I choose Express or Priority Shipping, when will I get my order?
Orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. Therefore, if you opt for Express or Priority shipping, it will take 1 day longer than the shipping method: 2 Days total for Express and 3 Days total for Priority.

Product Sizing and Information
What type of shirts do you print on?
Only American Apparel. American Apparel shirts are the softest, smoothest, best-looking T-shirt available anywhere. They are made of 100% Fine Jersey cotton, combed for softness and comfort. They do shrink in the wash so order one size up or don't put them in the dryer.
Who designs the T-Shirt Society shirts?
We do. Every so often, we get together small teams of people, and brain storm. The best ideas rise to the top and become true T-Shirt Society material. The bad ones sink to the bottom and become a hazard to the environment.
Washing Instructions?
All T-Shirt Society tees are made with American Apparel's 100% combed cotton knit fabric. Expect about 5-7% shrinkage after normal wash. Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry. Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash.
Can I submit my own idea?
Absolutely! We would love to heard your ideas. Send them to us via help@tshirtsociety.com with the subject "design idea". If we are able to use it, you'll get a free shirt. You can submit your ideas in text and our design team can take it from there. Original ideas only, we do not accept any pop culture reference submissions.
Returns
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund minus shipping charges.
